We are founded on principles that were rigorously tested for over 25 years. Our founder, Veejay Madhavan, started OULBYZ to fulfil his purpose – helping the next generation of leaders become authentic versions of themselves and supporting businesses in developing organisational alignment.
We understand that at the heart of every organisation is its people, and we believe that through our methods, we can help them increase their happiness, find their true purpose, and become the best at what they do. At OULBYZ, we believe in teaching people the compounding effect of small wins.
